WORKOUT 24: "BACK AND FORTH FUN"

It's Monday AND it's Christmas Eve. I think this calls for some "Back and Forth Fun". Here is this weeks REAL TIME work out, where you get to work out right along with me! Let's sweat it out together.

"BACK AND FORTH FUN"

Only 8 days left to get more entries into the prize jar. Leave a comment below letting me know you burned it up with me, and which prize you are hoping to win.

Happy, sweaty Christmas Eve!

WORKOUT 23: "TAKE IT ALL IN"

We are 2 days away from Christmas, and if you are anything like me, you are running around like a chicken with your head cut off, trying to get as much done as you can before the big day! Sunday's are usually my days for total relaxation, reflection on the previous week, spending time with family, and setting new goals for the coming week.

Last week I brought you yoga from Jillian Michaels. Today I'm bringing you Pilates, from Cassey over at BLOGILATES on facebook here, and youtube here (isn't she fun?!). Pilates is another great way to settle down, feel the burn, and lengthen/stretch your muscles all at the same time. All this while you get to take it all in before Christmas time. Enjoying the moment, not just running around for it.

"TAKE IT ALL IN"

Feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready to have a GREAT week ahead? Because it's crunch time, baby!!
