WORKOUT 11: "ALL ABOUT THE CARDIO"

Well, you have made it to day 11 in The Bertinator's 31 Days! Congratulations!! I think your muscles could use a little break. Today is all about cardio. It is your cardio of choice. Only rule is you have to keep it up for 20 - 30 min. You can run, bike, roller blade, swim, play tag, etc... The possibilities are endless. Cardio is great for burning that extra fat, and melting it away, so that your new toned muscle will shine right through. So, enjoy your "day off" and for an entry into the prize jar- let me know what kind of cardio you did, and for how long.

  1. 33 minutes! Jogged for 31 minutes and 2 minutes of cool down. Gonna do my abs tonight I gotta run to preschool :)

  3. I Was going to run the 30 minutes but I biffed it on the road and only ran for about 19 minutes. I forgot to do the ab workout so I will do those tomorrow!

    1. 19 minutes is still GREAT!! Hope you didn't get to hurt when you biffed it. I've done that before- and my ego is usually bruised for a few days after that!! Haha!:)

  4. I had to work all day so I didn't do the cardio but did do yesterday's workout! I did however do cardio for 25 minutes yesterday!

  5. Only got through 10 minutes on the stationary bike before my baby was ready to leave, but I walked 20 minutes to the gym and alternated walking and jogging on the way home. did the bonus abs too.

    1. Nice job Miriam- and walking to the gym TOTALLY counts as cardio!! I used to do that as my cardio, when I didn't have a car. You go girl!:) Way to have no excuses!

  6. Oh, I forgot to put down that I did 25 minutes on the elliptical. I love watching movies on the cardio machines!

  8. I ran for an hour and I'm planning on doing the abs when we get back from Costco. Oh and I did the Git R' Done workout.
