DeleteI got in 6 rounds!!! Those jump in/jump out pushups are crazy!

DeleteI got in 8 full rounds. Considered modifying my pushups but decided to push it and got in all boy pushups. Afterwards did 5 min jump rope, 5 min jogging, 3 pull up attempts (my arms were ON FIRE!), 20 more pushups so I could say I did 100 and 50 situps.
ReplyDeleteAwesome Debbie! Now you made me think and I actually almost finished 8 rounds not 7! Then I did her workout number 2. I was going to go to Zumba but decided not to because my stomach is all queasy with nervousness for my interview! Hhaha!

DeleteOk welllll since this is my second Bertinator work out for the day I can only report that I was able to successfully complete 3 1/2 rounds in 15 minutes.... :( BUT something is better than nothing right? Seriously Bertie you make everything look so easy!! I loved working my triceps though.. I think I am headed out for an early run tomorrow morning then I'll be off to to do the next one....ughhhhhhhhhhhh

DeleteI got a little over four rounds...my arms were tired from the other day...yikes...the soreness is kicking in full throttle!
