Yumm!! A clean, healthy PB Banana shake?? Who could ask for anything more?! Try it!!
Thick and Frothy Peanut Butter Banana Shake
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup liquid egg whites (if any of you are too nervous to try the
egg whites, just use more milk here instead. It just won’t be quite
as “thick and frothy”)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 Tbsp. banana cream sugarfree fatfree pudding mix
ice
Put all ingredients into a blender and mix.
