31 At Home Work Outs
WELCOME to 31 Days full of nothing but fun, sweat and tears of joy workouts.
I will be posting workouts here and there, sometimes I will do 3 at a time, and some days I may put up a handful. Since there will be 31 different workouts, you can do one everyday, or you can decide to do 2 on some days, and then have a rest day once a week. It is up to you. These workouts are meant for EVERY fitness level, so don't be shy. Just get in there and get dirty!
If you really want to start to see change, you've got to start doing more and get moving. If you haven't worked out in years, I suggest you start off with each exercise and start with the modification or the modi-modi, and work your way up to the normal way. (each video will demo each way to do it) Really concentrate on your form, for me. But- make sure you are sweating and feeling the burn.
