WORKOUT 5: "TIME TO LEG UP"
Yesterdays, workout was all about the upper body. Now it is time to even things up a bit, with workout numero CINCO! Remember, your body is a lot stronger than your mind... so have your body tell your mind, you are DOING this and you are going to LOVE it!
"TIME TO LEG UP"
15 Ski Ski Squat
15 Single Leg Floor Taps (each leg)
15 Squat Press
15 Side Lunge Hops (counting the right leg only)
15 Calf Raises
Time to set your timer for 15 minutes and complete as many rounds as you can. It is just 15 min. but let me be frank... EVERY minute will count! I believe in you.
