WORKOUT 5: "TIME TO LEG UP"

Yesterdays, workout was all about the upper body. Now it is time to even things up a bit, with workout numero CINCO! Remember, your body is a lot stronger than your mind... so have your body tell your mind, you are DOING this and you are going to LOVE it!

"TIME TO LEG UP"

15 Ski Ski Squat
15 Single Leg Floor Taps (each leg)
15 Squat Press
15 Side Lunge Hops (counting the right leg only)
15 Calf Raises

Time to set your timer for 15 minutes and complete as many rounds as you can. It is just 15 min. but let me be frank... EVERY minute will count! I believe in you. And it is time for you to start believing in YOU too! :) For more entries, comment below how many rounds you finished and which exercise was your favorite!

  3. I got in 3 rounds, then my 2 month old wanted to be held so for the rest of the 15 minutes I held her and did very modified versions that I could do while holding her. I liked side lunge hops the best.

  4. JUST under 5 rounds.. if I'd had another 10 seconds I would of gotten the calf raises in. But an awesome sweat session. I liked the ski ski squats but the single leg floor taps KILLED me. I kept falling over.
